In the autarc software, you’ll find the Products section in the left-hand menu, directly below the Projects section.
Creating products is quick and easy. These products can then be used in offers as well as displayed in the end customer portal. You can choose from various product categories:
Heat pumps*
Buffer storage tanks
Fresh water stations
Domestic hot water storage tanks
Radiators
and other products
*For heat pumps, you can additionally choose whether the unit and its associated sizing information should be visible in the end customer portal. If this option is enabled, the heat pump will automatically be suggested in the portal when the heating load is appropriate.
The software also offers the option to control the visibility of sizing information for heat pumps in the end customer portal. When activated, a suitable heat pump will automatically be recommended based on the calculated heating load.
