Synchronizing your projects between the Autarc software and the Stiebel Eltron Toolbox is quick and easy.
Follow these steps to connect both tools:
Requirements
You need a valid Stiebel Eltron Toolbox account.
You need a valid Autarc 2.0 account.
⚠️ Important: The connection is only available for Autarc 2.0 accounts. If your account has not yet been migrated, you will need to wait until the migration is complete.
Steps to Synchronize
Log in to the Stiebel Eltron Toolbox:
Sign in using your credentials.Open your profile:
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.Go to settings:
Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.Navigate to tools:
Click on the “Cooperation” section.Scroll to partner apps:
Scroll down to the “autarc Partner App” section.Link your account:
Click “Link account” next to autarc.Log in to autarc:
Sign in with your autarc credentials to authorize the connection.
👉 Note: The Stiebel Eltron logo may still appear at this point. This is purely visual and does not affect the functionality of the integration.Synchronize your projects:
In your project overview, go to your projects and start the synchronization with autarc.
Please note: each new or existing (but not yet synced) project must be transferred manually.
Tips & Notes
Make sure you are using the latest versions of both the autarc software and the Stiebel Eltron Toolbox.
